Well not exactly hookie, or as those in Wales would call it "on the knock" (according to Wikipedia), but he's not on-the-air!

First, DJD is just fine. He's just managed to throw his back out like a pro-wrestler would. As a result, he's been ordered by his doctor (and B!) to take it easy for awhile.

I talked to him tonight (23 July 09) and he is spending the time thinking up new mixes for your downloading pleasure, new idea's for the show and (finally) improvements for this site.

So consider this a short break from the regularly scheduled broadcast!

He will be back! Because, DJD definately enjoys the ride and will not get off!

In the mean time, the downloads section has been updated for all our members. Loads of stuff to be heard, so check it out. As always, stay tuned into the Live365 channel (link on the home page) for the latest and greatest. Pop into the forum and leave your support messages for DJD. I know he will apreciate it.

Also, don't forgot to donate to the new microphone set-up. Link is on the home page.

This is an all points call to Trance Lovers of the WORLD!!

DJD is having a hard time during the live shows. His microphone is not doing what it should. He needs a "professional quality" mic!

But he needs your help!

Throughout the site, you will see links to donate to DJ Discovery. Donations will go towards equipment needed to bring the show to a more "professional" level. If we get enough, might even be able to afford a file server. No more "waiting for Leigh to find a track"! PC power to the rescue.

I have managed to line up a prize for a competition on DJ Discovery World. Problem is, I have no idea what to do!!!

I have asked our community for idea's, but need more thoughts. Well, more than 3 anyway!

Since DJD is busy getting ready for the "Xmas Mix", I thought I'd jump on the dj-wagon!! :d

I will be creating a new medal to celebrate DJDW's first christmas!! Anyone signing up for an account before 24 Dec 08 @ 23:59 GMT will be elidgable.

Not exactly sure what image to use, as we have a world wide folowing, so suggestions would be appreciated!

Those of you who used the chat room for the 17 October show will know.....it needed some work.

It would seem that people using Firefox or Safari to browse the web had major problems with the chat room. Particularly when trying to type a message.

The problem is due to a Javascript fault. Seems Microsoft's Internet Explorer handles Javascript a bit different from other browsers.

So, the entire chat room is being re-designed! We should have more flexability with the new system and should see a marked increase in stability.

Our goal is to have the new chat room system tested and running for the 6 November 2008 show.

Although, if we get finished early, we will have it online for the 30 October 2008 show!!
